Scope and Contents
The photographs and sketches are entitled "Dedicated to Comrades to Whom Long Life Was Denied." Ten reproductions of photographs are portraits of Utah members of the 10th Mountain Division killed in action during the Second World War. Other reproductions of photographs include several group and base camp pictures taken at Camp Hale (Leadville), Colorado. The twelve printed sketches, by "EARLE," depict wartime life at Camp Hale; the occupation of Kiska, Alaska; and various places of combat in Italy in 1945.
