From the Collection: The Edward L. Kimball papers contains the manuscript of his book entitled Lengthen Your Stride: The Presidency of Spencer W. Kimball, with the blue text showing the material in the published book and the black text showing what was deleted. In 1973, at the age of 78, Spencer W. Kimball became the twelfth President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He held that postion until his death in 1985.
