From the Collection: The Tandy Beal papers (1958-2001) consist of materials pertinent to Beal's career in the dance industry. Box 1 contains correspondence of a personal and business nature. Company information as well as boards and committee minutes can be found in boxes 2-3. Materials resulting from Beal's interactions with organizations such as the California Arts Council, Friends of Olympia Station, and the National Endowment of the Arts are located in boxes 4-5. Information concerning various foundations, grants, residency, tours, and performances range from boxes 12-33. Boxes 34-43 contain publicity and reviews, newsclippings, program samples, artwork, and other documents associated with Tandy Beal.
