Abstract The Tsutomu (Stormy) Mitsui papers (1940-1984) contain scrapbooks, greeting cards, notebooks, calendars, and personal memorabilia. Mitsui served in the United States Army in World War II. After the war he returned to Salt Lake City and operated the City Cafe.
