Scott G. Kenney collection
The Scott G. Kenney collection (1820-1984) reflects the research interests of Scott G. Kenney during the 1970s and early 1980s for a projected biography of Joseph F. Smith (1838-1901). The collection consists of typescripts made by Kenney, as well as photocopies of diaries and letters. Scott G. Kenney (b. 1946) is a historical researcher, a writer, and a musician.
Thomas S. Kimball papers
The Thomas S. Kimball papers (2001-2008) consists of electronic mail, an advance readers' copy of Mormon Hypermodern Books, a manuscripts dealing with the proceedings before the Committee on Privileges and Elections in the matter of protest against Senator Reed Smoot, and a promotional brochure for the book Trail of Hope.
Nephi L. Morris papers
The Nephi L. Morris papers (1870-1943) consist of materials related to Morris' political, ecclesiastical, and business affairs. Nephi Lowell Morris (1870-1943) was educated at the Brigham Young Academy and the University of Utah, served in various capacities in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and was a popular speaker on religious and political subjects.

Reed Smoot papers
The Reed Smoot papers (1909-1986) consist of copies of Smoot's journal as well as articles concerning his life and politics. Reed Smoot (1862-1941) was an Apostle for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a United States Senator from Utah. He filled both positions simulatneously. Boxes 1-8 cannot be photocopied.
U.S.S. Salt Lake City photograph collection
U.S.S. Salt Lake City photograph collection contains photographs of the launching of the U.S.S. Salt Lake City on January 23, 1929 and associated activities. The collection also includes a photograph of Reed Smoot with other attending dignitaries.
