Abstract The Mario S. De Pillis papers (1957-2008) consist of correspondence, reviews, and other materials. De Pillis, a professor of history at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, specialized in the social history of the United States and in the history of American religion, with particular emphasis on Mormonsim and Shakerism.
