The Vernon Wallace Larsen papers (1932-1997) contain his research for the book Utah Poets. This includes oral histories, interviews, examples of their work, and correspondence. The book was written to celebrate the Utah State Poetry Society's annual award for "Poet of the Year," and includes a biography of each winner. There are also interviews and original work with poets who did not win, but still contributed to the society.
