Abstract The Bayard Mendenhall essay entitled, "The Philosophical and Scientific Works of Orson Pratt" (1943) was presented to the Timpanogos Club and gives an overview of some writings of Orson Pratt, an LDS leader of the nineteenth century. Bayard W. Mendenhall (1848-1944) was a Utah businessman and legislator.
