Robert Marsham diary

Abstract The Robert Marsham diary (1864-1865) consists of a photocopy of the original diary. Marsham was a well-known explorer, and in this diary he describes his travels in Northern California, British Columbia, Yosemite, Idaho, Utah, the Sandwich Islands, and the Far East. Access to original diary restricted except with permission of the Manuscripts Curator.

Abstract The George D. Pyper photographs consist primarily of those items which Pyper collected during his nearly thirty years as manager of the Salt Lake Theater. George Dollinger Pyper served as manager of the Salt Lake Theatre from 1898 to 1929. He also served as general superintendent of the Deseret Sunday School Union and as a member of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.
